Scratch Theory Lab — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Scratch Theory Lab.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners, all sales are subject to the policy below.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of many Scratch Theory Lab products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

• buyer’s remorse
• incorrect size selection
• change of mind
• accidental orders
• preference-related issues
• minor variations in print placement, color, or packaging

Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• misprinted
• materially different from the item ordered

please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

To help us review the issue, please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

Eligible claims may qualify for:

• a replacement item
• store credit
• a refund
• another resolution determined appropriate by Scratch Theory Lab and its fulfillment partners

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partners to investigate the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

Scratch Theory Lab is not responsible for packages lost due to:

• incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• stolen packages after delivery
• delivery issues outside carrier tracking confirmation

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many orders enter production quickly after purchase, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

If you need to request:

• an address correction
• item modification
• cancellation request

Requests will be reviewed based on fulfillment and production status.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:

• made-to-order apparel
• print-on-demand products
• limited-edition items
• collectibles
• personalized or customized products
• digital products or downloadable content
• final sale items

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will typically be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution or payment provider to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error or fulfillment issue attributable to Scratch Theory Lab or its production partners.

Chargebacks & Abuse

Scratch Theory Lab reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or future service in cases involving:

• fraudulent claims
• repeated abuse of refund requests
• intentional misuse of products
• suspicious purchasing activity

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
