We create experimental merchandise, collectibles, apparel, accessories, and limited-run products designed to bring creativity, curiosity, and exploration into everyday life.

Because many of our products are produced through multiple fulfillment partners, processing and shipping timelines may vary depending on the item ordered.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

• Processing times may vary during launches, conventions, pop-ups, seasonal drops, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
 • Some items are made-to-order and may require additional production time before shipment.
 • Limited-edition, collectible, handmade, or specialty products may have extended fulfillment timelines.
 • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Domestic orders are typically shipped through USPS or fulfillment partner carriers.

International orders may be shipped through DHL or other international carrier partners depending on destination and fulfillment source.

Some products fulfilled through third-party production partners may use additional shipping carriers selected by the fulfillment provider.

Print-on-Demand & Third-Party Fulfillment

Some Scratch Theory Lab products are fulfilled through trusted third-party production and shipping partners, including print-on-demand providers.

As a result:

• products within the same order may arrive separately
 • packaging may vary between items
 • delivery speeds may differ depending on product type and fulfillment location
 • carrier selection may vary by fulfillment partner

Scratch Theory Lab works with multiple production and fulfillment partners. Product colors, print placement, packaging, and shipment timing may vary slightly between fulfillment providers, production batches, or geographic regions.

Minor variations are considered part of the nature of made-to-order and print-on-demand production.

We are continuously expanding our fulfillment capabilities and may transition certain products to direct shipping in the future.

International Shipping

Scratch Theory Lab may offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes required by their country.
 • Scratch Theory Lab is not responsible for customs delays or carrier-related delivery delays.
 • International shipping timelines may vary significantly depending on destination.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Scratch Theory Lab is not responsible for:

• packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
 • delays caused by address errors
 • forwarding requests after shipment

Shipping Address Requirements

To help ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

 • Address fields may have character limits depending on the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider.
 • Incomplete, abbreviated, or incorrectly formatted addresses may result in shipping delays, returned packages, or fulfillment issues.
 • Scratch Theory Lab and its fulfillment partners do not guarantee address validation at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many Scratch Theory Lab products are made-to-order or processed quickly through fulfillment partners, order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Carrier Delays

Scratch Theory Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• weather conditions
 • carrier disruptions
 • customs processing
 • incorrect shipping information
 • labor interruptions
 • natural disasters
 • other circumstances outside of our control

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are outside of our direct control.

If your order is:

• significantly delayed
 • marked delivered but not received
 • damaged during transit

please contact us and we will do our best to assist with next steps and carrier claims where applicable.

Returned or Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to sender due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete address
 • failure to claim the package
 • refusal of delivery
 • inability to complete delivery

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Refunds or reshipments for returned packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on:

 • fulfillment partner
 • inventory availability
 • packaging requirements

Tracking details may be provided separately for different items within the same order.
